hoe zit dat nu met die streaming box van valve? eigenlijk enige wat ik nodig heb, een device die zonder verlies mijn pc games kan streamen naar tv/projector.

Steam streamen kan je doen via gelijk welke afgedankte laptop of piepklein pc'ke, je hoeft ervoor niet bepaald te wachten op de Streaming box van Valve he.

Yep, altijd leuk die nieuwe graka's. Momenteel een GTX980 in pc die natuurlijk al gigantisch snel is, maar zal me toch moeten houden niet nog eens te upgraden.

Yep, maar zelfs 1 GTX980 is in sommige gevallen ontoereikend als je op 4K gaat gamen, dus er mag wat schot in de zaak komen. Ook VR vereist een behoorlijk krachtige grafische kaart, aangezien je een constante 75 FPS moet halen bij de Oculus Rift om niet misselijk te worden.

Inderdaad, al vraag ik me soms af of mijn cpu ook geen bottleneck is. Voorbije dagen wat geprutst met enb's in skyrim en zelfs met die kaart krijg ik niet altijd +60fps, game ook aan 2560x1440.

Nee, zeker als je niet veel met je pc doet. 16GB is al luxe. Maar om opties open te houden misschien gewoon 1 van 8 bijsteken dan. Met dual channel en al die zever moet ge toch allang geen rekening meer houden/

De Titan X is de enige single GPU kaart die 4K aan kan met alle opties open. 999$ is natuurlijk nog steeds veel te veel om 4K mainstream te maken.
